Combining exceptional performance with convenient portability, the Cuisinart Roll-Away Grill is the perfect choice for the serious backyard griller and the chef-on-the-go. Extremely versatile, the grill offers ample grilling space, full-size height, and convenient hide-away side shelves that make it ideal for everyday family grilling backyard get-togethers. At the same time, the easy-to-use rollaway folding cart makes the grill easy to pack up and transport, so you can bring it to the campground, tailgate, or beach. No more compromising on the quality of your grill when you’re away from home.
The grill is designed for the connoisseur who appreciates finer design and durable, high-quality construction. Highlighted by its sleek stainless-steel lid and prominent integrated temperature gauge, the grill promises to withstand the elements and survive years of high-temperature grilling. The lid is insulated with a double-wall design that keeps the elements out, maintains even temperatures, and reduces heat loss during grilling. Grillers will also appreciate the heat-resistant stainless-steel lid handle, which makes it safe and easy to open and close the grill to check, turn, and serve food.
Great Grilling Performance
The All-Foods Roll-Away grill features a 240-square-inch porcelain-enamel cast-iron grill surface atop a 15,000 BTU stainless-steel loop burner. The reliable TwistStart electric ignition brings the grill to life, while the signature temperature gauge clearly indicates the power of the high-performance burner. Within a few minutes of lighting, the grill heats up to 500 degrees F–uncharted waters for most portable grills, but standard for the All-Foods Roll-Away grill. The precision temperature gauge assists the chef in grilling a wide range of foods, from steaks to fish to vegetables. The cast-iron cooking grate, meanwhile, retains heat exceptionally well and grills your food consistently all the way through.
The grill’s heavy-duty stainless-steel folding side tables measure 10 by 10 inches each, and are strong enough to hold heavy trays of food, grill tools, and other accessories. The grill also includes a heavy-duty porcelain-enamel-coated flame tamer, which includes a solid metal plate designed with enough thickness to withstand high burner temperatures and the juicy, fatty drippings from your food.
Unlike large, unwieldy full-size grills with multiple burners, the All-Foods Roll-Away takes up minimal space on your patio or deck, so you don’t have to sacrifice precious backyard space. In addition, the convenient rollaway cart makes it quick and easy to move the grill from one location to another. And if you need more space on your patio, simply fold down the grill and roll it onto your lawn or driveway. The grill goes where you want it to go with no fuss.
On the Road with the Roll-Away
While the grill is great at home, its true versatility shows when you pack it up and take it on the road. Whether you’re spending a weeklong vacation at your summer cabin, heading out for a weekend camping trip, or tailgating before the big game, the grill goes where you go. The grill includes large wheels that roll easily over all types of surfaces, from grass to dirt to sand. Plus, the one-piece welded grill base is constructed of porcelain-enamel coated steel, making it stable whether stationary or on the move. It’s weather-resistant, too, with a durable painted steel exterior that holds up to the elements.
Size and Specs
The grill is designed to take 14.1- and 16.4-ounce bottled LP gas canisters, but also works with a 20-pound LP tank when paired with the Cuisinart 20-pound adapter hose (sold separately). Because the grill is smaller than full-size grills, it doesn’t waste space or propane on extra grilling areas and burners. The All Foods Roll-Away measures roughly 44 by 23 by 21 inches when in travel mode, helping it fit easily into most cars, vans, and SUVs. At full size, the grill measures 41 by 23 by 36 inches.
Awesome, quality, compact grill
By Elle Shopper
The grill is heavy duty and I’m guessing it’s going to last a long time. This grill heats very quickly, and the surface of the grate is evenly heated. The size is more than adequate for an average size family. I recommend reading more of the reviews for more info and helpful tips! I could not be more pleased with this purchase.
Easy to use Grill with Superior Cooking Capabilities
I just got this grill…it’s a state of the art tabletop grill. The grill is already put together, so it’s essentially ready to be used “out of the box”. The grill is very light, so it’s efficiently portable and easy to carry. It can fit on small or large tables and comes with a stainless steel veggie plate that is great for cooking vegetables, kabob’s etc. It’s got an easy to attach catch pan dipper that just slides on under bottom of the grill. The grill starts immediately (push and turn to light the burner) and the heat comes on quick; the temperature gauge on the top is very accurate and allows superior cooking capabilities, which is the best part of this grill. I cooked chicken the first night I got the grill, and it came out perfectly. For those of you using Weber or other more commercial grills, I’d recommend looking at this. I use to have a Weber, used for tailgates etc – this grill is 10 times better and reasonably priced for its quality.
Best Grill for The Price
By R. Hoover
I purchased this Cuisinart grill because I was looking for a tabletop grill to take tailgating at NASCAR events and my wife to take to dog shows. After researching all the grills, this one looked to be a step up from the other ones available in this price range. We also have other Cuisinart appliances and trust the name. The body is made of stainless steel and each side table is stainless as well, unlike the plastic ones of the other models I looked at. It has a heavy cast grate that I love and comes with a vegetable tray which comes in handy with a vegetarian daughter. I am typically a charcoal man, but do not like to mess with charcoal when tailgating or fire up the big grill for something small.
The grill arrived in its own packaging. When I opened it up, I found it to be well packaged and all the contents to be in great shape, which I was surprised given the treatment my packages typically get by UPS. Heavy foam and cardboard enclosed all the parts. Assembly was a snap with just 4 screws and washers that screw into the short stand the grill sits on. When I fired it up I immediately noticed that it preheated very fast. It was up to 500 degrees in just a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked on my first meal of chicken. It has two handles and my wife and I find it easy for one of us to carry in and out of the truck and car and set up. The side tables both turn in and store under the lid. They turn out and snap in place when ready to use. I found cleanup to be easy as the grate easily removes. Grease either burns off on the flame guard or runs into the grease tray that slides out under the grill. The outside stainless wipes off easily and looks like a new grill again each time.
I would recommend this grill to anyone that wants an easy to use, great looking grill that I am sure will last for many years.
