Flame Boss uses this mechanism to make your smoker work like an oven. Just set the temperature you want and Flame Boss will take over. It also functions as a meat thermometer and timer, two tools commonly used by pit masters. Flame Boss smoker temperature controllers are easy to use while still giving you many useful and convenient features.
