1. Choose your favorite wood pellet flavor to cold smoke or hot smoke.

2. Fill your Pellet Smoker Tube on the open side, leaving about an inch empty at the top.

3. Use a propane torch and carefully light the wood pellets until a flame appears. After about a minute, blow the flame out.

4. Infine, lay your Smoker Tube inside your grill with good ventilation to allow it generate smoke for your meat, cheese or vegetables to absorb.
