Bayou Classic Stainless High Pressure Cooker features a 14 inch diameter cooking surface on a 12.5″ tall welded frame. Featuring a 4 inch diameter cast iron burner surrounded by a 360 degree windscreen protection, powered by a 10psi high pressure regulator, brass control valve and 48 inch stainless braided LPG hose. This stainless cooker features a 3-leg design having a wide profile and overall low height for added stability and safety.
