Grill/Smoker/Dehydrator Screens Ex-Ware Screens are ideal for use for Indirect grilling, Smoker Screens and Dehydrator Screens. These Screens are FDA Compliant for direct food contact. See (21CFR 177.1550) With operating temperature resistant up to 550 F, these screens can take all the heat while still maintaining their nonstick Properties. Mechanically these screens are sturdy with a break strength of 450 libra. /inch of width. The Ex-Ware Screens will not stretch and therefore they keep their dimensional stability. The nonstick properties of the Ex-Ware Screens allow even the most delicate of fish to be turned without the fear of the fish breaking up. Smoking of meats is a breeze as is the dehydrating of Jerky foods. (Carne de vaca, Chickens and fish) The Ex-Ware Screens will not stain or pick up odors from previously prepared foods. The small openings in the screen prevent foods from slipping down through the grates of the grill or smoker. Easy to clean in a warm water rinse. The screens are also dishwasher safe.
