At 18-inches in diameter, the griddle offers plenty of space for cooking as well as a high heat enamel coated surface, grease drain hole, cool touch handles, and stands at 11 1/4-inches tall when resting on the grill. When not in use, the grill grate can be folded up, placed in the griddle base and secured with the included carrying strap.
