How to Calibrate?
Please insert probe into a glass with 50% of water and 50% of ice, after a few minutes ,hold down the “CAL” key for 5 seconds until it show “CAL” on the screen.Adjust the display by pressing the”CAL” and “C/F” button until it shows 0℃or 32℉,and wait several seconds to finish the calibration.
How to use?
Please open the probe and insert the temperature a couple of centimeter into the food you want to know the temperature of. In a few seconds, a highly accurate temperature reading will be displayed on the built-in LCD screen.
1.DO NOT LEAVE THE THERMOMETER IN THE OVEN WHILE COOKING.
2.DO NOT TOUCH HOT PROBE WITH BARE HANDS.
3.Wash the metal probe in soapy water.
4.Clean the thermometer by hand or using water.
5.Do not completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for minutes.
