1. DO NOT place directly on charcoal. Lay the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the burners.
2. When the use time exceeds 30 minutes, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 260 ℃; when used for a short time, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 400 ℃.
3. Brush a layer of oil on the grill mat before placing food on it to ensure even heating.
4. After use, wipe with a damp cloth or detergent to dry. Avoid using metal utensils as they may scratch the mats and cause damage.
5. Allow the mats to cool before washing. Dry with a soft cloth.
6. No folding: Lay flat or roll up when not in use – do not fold or crease the mats.
