Dulce y picante a la parrilla Tacos de pollo

I know I have been sharing a lot of Meatless Monday posts but don’t worry, I am still grilling plenty of meat during the rest of the week!

I grilled up some boneless/skinless chicken breasts the other day and made some incredible chicken tacos. Dang these were nice!

I started by salting the breasts and then marinating them in lime juice with cilantro for 30 minutes at room temperature.

The chicken was grilled over high heat for about 10 minutes then flipped. When the internal temperature of the meat reached 150F it was basted with Tabasco Sweet Heat chili sauce.

Once the chicken hit 160F I pulled it from the grill and sliced it into juicy strips. The tacos were pretty simple. Corn tortillas with a basic slaw, grilled chicken and sour cream.

Now that’s mighty fine eats!
