Product Use & Care

• Remove insulation tape from side of battery to activate
• Remove cover from probe tip
• Clean probe with damp cloth before use
• Press ON button to turn on
• Press and hold ON button for 2 seconds to switch between ºF and ºC
• Insert thermometer into food for 5-10 seconds to read temperature
• Remove thermometer from food before continuing cooking
• Do not touch hot probe after reading and allow to cool before handling
• Do not leave in oven, parrilla, microwave, or smoker
• Do not put in dishwasher
• Do not submerge in liquid
