IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1.Please DO NOT put the probe on open fire or a closed oven! The max measuring range is 250C(482F), please do not put probe into a place over this range! Otherwise the probe may be broken!
2.This thermometer and probe can be cleaned by wet dishcloth or under small waterflow, but DO NOT immersed into water or wash under flowing water!
