How to Calibrate?
Please insert probe into a glass with 50% of water and 50% of ice, after a few minutes ,hold down the “CAL” key for 5 seconds until it show “CAL” on the screen.Adjust the display by pressing the”CAL” und “C/F” button until it shows 0℃or 32℉,and wait several seconds to finish the calibration.

How to use?
Please open the probe and insert the temperature a couple of centimeter into the food you want to know the temperature of. In wenigen Sekunden, Auf dem eingebauten LCD-Bildschirm wird eine hochgenaue Temperaturmessung angezeigt.

Notiz!
